 North Finchley – Public Consultation – Round 3

We are excited to invite residents in North Finchley to attend our public consultation in relation to the future of North Finchley High Street and Lodge Lane.

You may be aware we hosted a meeting regarding plans for Lodge Lane carpark at the end of last year and we are now in a position to provide further updates regarding the site and the wider masterplan. This round of consultation follows comprehensive engagement with residents on the wider principles of the North Finchley masterplan in February and October 2022.

Since discussing the plans with residents, Regal JP North Finchley Ltd, in partnership with the London Borough of Barnet, has been exploring options to improve the selection of town centre uses in North Finchley. As part of this work, we are pleased to share our ideas and discuss the role of North Finchley High Street in creating new amenities locally
